Summer Camps
Brevard Clay Summer Camps are an amazing opportunity for your child to step into the world of pottery! During these camps, your child will learn valuable pottery techniques and will leave the camp with their very own pieces. Each day of the week-long camp, they will learn a different technique from coil and pinch pots to sculpture! At the end of the week, your child will leave with not only their handmade pieces but with renewed creativity and confidence as artists.

Our Instructor
Jordan Jones is a bubbly creative who finds joy in helping others create. She has been teaching a variety of painting and clay techniques for 3 years, with one of those years being with us, at Brevard Clay. Stepping into the role of camp instructor, she hopes to inspire young minds to be life-long creatives and problem solvers. Jordan shared “I truly love watching people say “I’m not artsy. I can barely draw a stick figure”, and one project later, being in awe of the masterpiece they created!” She believes that everyone is created to create. Whether it’s creating a unique mug that solves a particular problem or using basic painting techniques to bring a hand-sculpted turtle to life, each project created will be an opportunity to learn new techniques, grow confidence, and inspire others!
